Did anyone experience the same thing?
 
Sometimes certain words in text are double-underlined. When you hover your mouse over it, a popup box titled "ContentLink" advertisement appears. It provides some suspicious commercial site links connected with the underlined word.
 
For me, it is absolutely unnecessary and annoying facility! Or is it only the case with certain browsers? I use both IE and Firefox, but in both cases it appears...?

I've been seeing this for a long time, but it hasn't been bothering me too much as long as my cursor doesn't end up going over it.

I think it was a short lived method of advertising on the site, which has left a small amount of residue.

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...
