This band may be of intrest to VDGG/Tull fans as when ever i listern to them i can hear a slight tinge of simularity of the two mentioned bands, music wise.My most played album is 'Friends,Friends,Friends' fantastic artwork too.Another under estimated band from the era.

There was a big debate between Peter R and I because of their inclusion on the Archives. It is clear for me that they deserve inclusion, but Peter thought not . Nevertheless we are both big fans. Friend's friend's friends is my fave with House on The Hill.

Funny thing is that the pretendant being dragged out by the butler looks suspiciously like Hugh Hopper of Soft Machine.

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

Why on earth would they need to be excluded. They are quite obviously in a simular vein to Family,Tull etc.

Your right with the Hopper bit..

I cannot get on with Audience. The music is fine but for some reason Howard Werth's voice reminds me of Axl Rose's

Do 'The Stanley' otherwise I'll thrash you with some rhubarb.

Funny that i always thought the same.He does have a rather distinctive voice a little like Chapman in Family does,i find his voice unusual too.

All the same excellent bands indeed.
