If there was a rock 'n' roll high street/shopping mall,what would the shops be called? 

I'll start- 

Florists - Robert's Plants 
Ship's Chandlers - Nine Inch Sails 
Restaurant - Frying Burrito Brothers 
Hardware Shop - Steeleye's Spanners
