Anyone using Manalas V.2's?

I have become very interested in the mandalas, but the new v2's seem... well, less than desirable. Although the lowered price makes it all the more realistic to buy, they have downgraded it a lot. Does anyone have the old or new mandalas? Because I want to hear what actual people have to say about them.
