I'm not sure that including And You And I is fair.  Sure, it is shorter, but it is epic in scope.   Anyhow, it got my vote.   Easily.  It'd get my vote if you included the epics as well.

I fell in love with "Siberian Khatru" the first time I listened to it, a long time ago, so that's where my vote went.

A hard choice between And You And I and Siberian Khatru but AYAI wins by a nose. I've never liked Sound Chaser or To Be Over (but I think Gates of Delirium is one of Yes' finest moments, better than CTTE).

Sound Chaser, easily the best Yes composition I've ever heard.

I vote for To Be Over, because I have heard it live, and seen it live on video, and the composition itself, which is a smart blend of folk music and Steve Howe's characteristic chords and time changes, it a wonder to behold. To be able to play and sing the stuff that Chris Squire does on that tune at the same time is a fantastic musical feat of psychic juggling, with the result that it can transport the listener and the viewer to a wonderful place that celebrates what human beings are capable of at their creative peak.
Our band PROG and our YesMusic band can do some pretty wild YES tunes, but we could never even consider trying this gem of a composition. We haven't got the talent, much less the skills!
Also, I have always liked country pedal steel guitar playing.
