I was watching this guy cover "The Count of Tuscany" on drums on Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/user/AAXplosion) and found this video of his band (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kY3bocGZzk&feature=channel_page), which led me to going to their website-http://www.symphonity.com/
After watching the video, hearing some samples, and seeing this dude's influences (OSI, Neal Morse, Dream Theater), it seems like a prog related or maybe prog metal to me. Edited by J-Man - September 20 2009 at 18:27 |

Exactly Jeff-Man, I wanted to suggest them myself. Actually, this Gandalff guys suggested them to me. I'll take care of them if you like (or just help you)

There's a point where "avant-garde" and "experimental" becomes "terrible" and "pointless,"

Unfortunately Marty, Symphonity cannot be added. They were rejected by the PMT a while back, and not approved for prog related either.
I will never agree with this decision, but I've grown to accept this crime! ![]() |
