The Reasoning: new single released 10 August

The Reasoning have released a cover version of Duran Duran's The Chauffeur, re-worked in classic Reasoning style, as a digital download-only single. This is now available from Amazon, iTunes, Napster and all major download stores.

Bass player Matthew Cohen said "We wanted to do something different, and we thought that a contemporary version of a popular mainstream (yet often overlooked) track would - quite simply - put a smile of people's faces and offer them some heartening musical inspiration. These are difficult times, and we could all do with some cheering up. It's certainly worked for us!"

	I've listened to it - it's certainly not prog but then they never said it would be.

	At the time of writing we are currently number 6 on Amazon's rock download chart, just behind Led Zep, which is amazing! Thanks to everyone who has bought it!

	Your band has been one of my recent discoveries that I've really enjoyed. Keep up the good work. And if you ever make it to Atlanta, I highly recommend booking the Variety Playhouse if you can. I don't know how big your following is around here though. It's a good venue for lesser known artists.
	Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...
