Glad you liked it - I think it's awesome. Quick bump to see if any more positive reactions can be generated - trust me, it's £10 well spent.

Now I'm checkin' their MySpace page (almost under hibernation ) out...an interesting outfit indeed.
Afraid they can be approved as a Psychedelic Prog/Space Rock shooter but gonna take them to our home turf. Thanks Mark. |

Here's a band you may not be familiar with, unless you haunted the neo-hippy circuits in the UK in the 1980s. However, they played regularly with the likes of The Magic Mushroom Band, Here & Now and Ozric Tentacles, and their music is suitably strange and very appropriate for this site.
The only recording that's easily available is their 1993 release, Cipher Caput, which has actually made it to CD - but there are cassette tapes of their earlier work (as with many of the "lost" bands of that era, such as Chocolate Teapot, Uncle Freaky's Urban Stinkos, Radical Dance Faction et al).
Out of context (ie, the live environment), the production makes the music sound rather punky and base, but it's not hard to listen beyond that and here some original and twisted musical thinking at work.
Check out their music here ;
In honour of this band, I thought I'd put together a little Free Festival style reunion of some of the bands noted above
Here & Now
Magic Mushroom Band
Ozric Tentacles
Radical Dance Faction
