Instant Suppression – one of the most original and impressive Russian Modern Metal bands, was formed back in September 2005...

You can check the each bands progress on Progfreak's voting charts (click on the PA link and then Metal section) but remember that the PMT has several hundred bands to evaluate, and this takes some time.
