Ok, I suggested him 2 years ago and no 'reply' from the team.

I've listened to three of his albums, 'La Banda', 'En Familia' and 'La Rada', and all sound to me Fusion-like with Candombe and Rock/Pop influences.

The samples sound like a great case for JRF, especially the last one Clap Nice crazy vocals on that one! I'll ask the JRF team for an evaluation Thumbs Up

The last song is not exactly the same version that Ruben Rada (solo) plays. I just posted it because I really couldn't find more samples in YouTube, but I can send the albums that I listened to the team.

Opa, an Uruguayan band that featured Ruben Rada, is actually a no-brainer, imo, for Jazz Rock.

I confused you, sorry, let me summarise:

Ruben Rada has an extensive work(I think), and the three albums I listened to are jazz rock but maybe not that prog. I'll see what the team has to say, anyway, thanks for informing them.

However, Opa was undeniably a full-blown jazz fusion band that I'm sure the team will have no problem with it. Not sure if you want me to do a seperate thread, or just want me to pop-up in the team's thread and suggest the band there.

Sorry for not having been clear, hope I didn't waste your time. Feel free to ask anything, I must have left you with some doubt.
