maybe, but if you agree that these tags pertain to prog rock : post-punk, gothic rock, indus rock, dark-folk. That opens the door to A LOT of non-prog bands...

True, but Death in June  are a lot more progressive(in my opinion)than average gothic,indus,folk, band.

No addition opens doors for other additions. Every other band also has to be evaluated on its own merits according to the progressiveness requirements.

In this case I don't hear the progressiveness beyond the neo-folk.
