For anyone who doesn't know (is there really someone?), this was the setlist of the RFH gig:

Undercover Man 8:28 (from "Godbluff")
Scorched Earth 10:07 (from "Godbluff")
Refugees 6:01 (from "The Least We Can Do Is Wave to Each Other")
Every Bloody Emperor 7:36 (from "Present")
Lemmings 13:23 (from "Pawn Hearts")
(In the) Black Room 11:14 (from Hammill solo album "Chamaeleon in the Shadow of the Night")
Nutter Alert 6:10 (from "Present")
Darkness (11/11) 7:28 (from "The Least We Can Do Is Wave to Each Other")
Masks 7:00 (from "World Record")
Childlike Faith in Childhood's End 12:34 (from "Still Life")
Sleepwalkers 10:44 (from "Godbluff")
Man-Erg 14:23 (from "Pawn Hearts")
Killer 9:20 (from "H to He, Who Am the Only One")
Wondering 8:03 (from "World Record")

Total running time (not counting any possible applause that may appear on the release): 132:31. A good time for a double CD.

"(In the) Black Room" had always been more like a VdGG song and had indeed featured the whole band on the studio album of PH. "Killer" and "Wondering" had been the encores. The last words of "Wondering", "wondering if it's all been true", were a fitting end to what was probably the best concert I ever witnessed.

A great concert, the perfect setlist, I wish I had been there.

I also wish they'd do at least one more concert in 2006, so I can see them once more.  When I went to see them at Shepherds Bush Empire, I didn't know Undercover Man, Scorched Earth, Lemmings, Masks or (In The) Black Room, because I didn't own Godbluff, Pawn Hearts, World Record or Chameleon In The Shadow Of The Night (actually, I still don't own this, but I will hopefully this week).  I had heard Man-Erg, Wondering and The Sleepwalkers however, due to this site.

I was at the VDGG gig at Shepherds Bush, and I thought it was the best gig I've ever seen... all four of them are completely bonkers, which is a bonus.
This is coming from someone who's seen Muse several times, and I still think that it was incredible.

I'm so glad that I got into VDGG and have seen them live... they were the band i'd least expected to reform... but it was a dream come true that they did!
