That sounds similar to other modern psych bands from Scandinavia (in particular but also Europe in general). Other members will give you better recs than I could in this area (my exposure to post-'70s psych is limited), but yeah...that's the part of the world you're going to find what you're looking for (although there might be the odd Japanese band as well).

Sounds like heavy psych rock.....I would recommend Heavy Metal Fruit by Motorpsycho, and Causa Sui and Samsara Blues Experiment .
