I am so glad that I stumbled upon this site while searching for "My Brother The Wind" 
It's like an ocean of good music here. 

My musical taste ranges from classical Indian music to Meshuggah. My favorite prog rock bands are Opeth, Camel, Pink Floyd, Godspeed you black emperor, Tangerine Dream, Mogwai, God is an astronaut, Dream Theater, Porcupine Tree, Guthrie Govan, Öresund Space Collective, Anekdoten, Earth, UFOMammut, Sleep, Anoushka Shankar, Russian Circles.

The username "randumbTune" was name of my early compositions, made some songs and the collection of them was titled "Randumb Tunes" and that's where the username is coming from.

I discovered prog-rock via Opeth 6 years ago, and since then I have been in love with prog-rock, and in general my view point towards music has also evolved a lot. And I have stated some of my favorite bands at the start of the topic. 

And currently I am listening to some Electric Wizard and Saint Vitus, they are not so progressive, but good enough to chill out on a summer day with some beers :D
