1. Child in time - A timeless classic, and as prog as they got

2. Burn - Great fast rock, how it should be played

3. Perfect Strangers - Zeppelin like but very atmospheric

4. Mistreated - Could be Blackmore's finest moment

5. Wasted sunsets - A superb ballad from Perfect strangers

Also Fireball, No no no, Demon's eye, all from Fireball
Sometimes I feel like screaming
Knocking at your back door (proggish!)
A gypsy's kiss
Anyone's daughter (great lyrics!)
Soldier of fortune (Coverdale's finest vocal performance, ever!)

- Speed King (great drumwork!)
- Flight of the Rat (great rythym)
- Living Wreck (is that a groovy song or what)
- Slow Train (or what was it, a B-side from fireball, great riff)
- Child in Time (it's kinda long and kinda boring because they don't do anything, but it gets all the guys in my old bar drumming along and singing along, that's timeless)

-------------
Epic.

Very difficult one, but my fav DP songs are:

1- Child In Time (one of the best vocal performances ever!)
2- Lazy (I love all of it)
3- Highway Star (one of the best guitar solos ever!)
4- Pictures Of Home
5- Black Night (oh yeah, that riff!)

I like a lot of DP songs, so the special mentions are: Smoke On The Water (THE riff), Wring That Neck (amazing instrumental), Hush, You Keep On Moving, Space Truckin', and the list goes on ...

What is more, DP are playing in my country for the third time in a year, the 7th December.

The obvious first one - Highway Star, Fireball, Coming Home, Burn, & lately Bloodsucker.
I have to say that having listened to Made in Japan, I've never really seen how it would be preferred to the studio albums. I would have loved to see them live back then, but this record just doesn't click with me like other 70s live classics.
