1. Child in time - A timeless classic, and as prog as they got

2. Burn - Great fast rock, how it should be played

3. Perfect Strangers - Zeppelin like but very atmospheric

4. Mistreated - Could be Blackmore's finest moment

5. Wasted sunsets - A superb ballad from Perfect strangers

Also Fireball, No no no, Demon's eye, all from Fireball
Sometimes I feel like screaming
Knocking at your back door (proggish!)
A gypsy's kiss
Anyone's daughter (great lyrics!)
Soldier of fortune (Coverdale's finest vocal performance, ever!)

- Speed King (great drumwork!)
- Flight of the Rat (great rythym)
- Living Wreck (is that a groovy song or what)
- Slow Train (or what was it, a B-side from fireball, great riff)
- Child in Time (it's kinda long and kinda boring because they don't do anything, but it gets all the guys in my old bar drumming along and singing along, that's timeless)
Epic.

"Death to Utopia! Death to faith! Death to love! Death to hope?" thunders the 20th century. "Surrender, you pathetic dreamer.”

"No" replies the unhumbled optimist "You are only the present."

Good choices...it seems JLT is rather unpopular here...
It's got to be slow
Taking love the only way
It's got to just flow
Making love and taking time to let it grow
