Rain at Glastonbury? Surely not!
Welcome back Mr Fred. Are you allowed to mention p*p here? |
after 3 years of solid Prog even an old bugger needs a change of scene - *pop* ? i have been expanding my collection of 50' s/ 60's 45's recently, had flings with Lily Allen and Duffy but back on the old straight and narrow again ..back to blowing the dust off my Prog records, and had a "Vinyl in - CD out" clearing session (damned LP's are getting expensive..).
looking forward to watching Glasto as usual from my comfy Studio/office/back room, hope there's somebody good on

Me too - once and once only - 1994 I think - Manic Street Preachers the reason - awaits disparaging comments but I like 'em.
PS we thought it was so sh*te in terms of "atmosphere" we slept in the car

I'd love too, but doubt it.
Might go and see Steve Hackett at the Summers End Festival in Gloucestershire.
Only trouble is...its an indoor festival!

Cropredy's just outside Banbury in Oxfordshire; about 10 minutes off the M40 Banbury junction (or if you get it at the wrong time during festival, about 2 hours ) |
Both our mistakes obviously! I thought you were being...whats the word? I can't think! I thought you were being something anyway!
Anyway, I am sorry also Jim, for my terse reply.

Brilliant, funnny as hell, VERY SHED-LIKE and a nice non-brain-sucking read!

Yes, a very funny book. There's a follow up too called "Narrow Dog to somewhere in America that I can't remember the name of" (it's not actually called that, I really can't remember the name) which is also good.
