Hello everyone,

This is without doubt the best site I've ever come across.  Whoever's responsible is forever in my debt.

I'm a Floyd fan (obviously) but I listen to most prog stuff.  Concept albums are a very necessary because a single song hardly ever does it for me (except Echoes perhaps).

I found the site on the Mars Volta fan site who are one of my favourite bands. 

I'm listening to Timothy Pure right now thanks to this site.  I've downloaded everything from their site and got the two latest albums on order.

First prog in the collection was 'Script For A Jesters Tear' by Marrilion or perhaps 'The Plague' by Demon which is not on this site and should be because it's the dogs bollocks.  I still listen to it today.  I guess it would be one of the first prog metal albums.

Anyway, glad to be here.  Think I'll stay.

Welcome, by the way I think "Whoever's responsible is forever in my debt" should be the other way round.

Bollocks you're right.  It's nearly 9 pm and I'm still at work and my head's battered.........
