Tough one. Xanada is probably the best bit they ever did, but the Hemispheres album is more consistent. Voted for thar one

Well, Hemispheres side one is a dreadful, steaming turd of wafer-thin classical mythology reference, terrible word choice and a complete wrecking of the concept of pt. 1 with rather second rate and repetitive music. A Farewell To Kings is one of the best Rush albums, however, and I'm voting for that.

Every album I heard from June 29th to August 29th deserves a higher spot on any musical list I make, and luckily, A Farewell to Kings was heard, on that period.

Hemispheres, mainly for Cygnus-X, I find The Trees really tedious, although many people seem to adore it?? Ermm

A Farewell to Kings has Xanadu, and that's enough to put it over (Closer to the Heart puts the icing on the cake).
