Place Vendome have also a second album, some think it's better than the first, I think they are both equally worth. A song from this album that has a strong TOTO influence (especially the intro) :
The keyboardist is Günther Werno from Vanden Plas.

I'd have to say Bruce Dickinson from the list. Then again what I like about him has little to do with his vocals. Outside the list Oyvind Haegeland or that guy from Protest the Hero.

Due to connection issues, I had to re-type all entries, and I just noticed that I skipped King Diamond in my second attempt to post this poll...Believe me, he was in the draft of this poll...

the vocalist from Tom Malicot from Lethal - sounds like Tate but is better than Tate - Programmed by Lethal should be an essential album for Queensryche fans.

If you see missing outstanding vocalists in this range, don't hesitate to drop names, this thread is intended to have a nearly exhaustive picture of high-pitched vocalists in the category of hard-rock/metal

thanks for the reco, just checking right now. Incredible control of his voice, indeed. But I found more emotion in Tate's vocals (especially on 'rage for order').
