I'm looking for albums that have a lot of classical guitar on them. Albums like Kveldssanger by Ulver. Albums that are kind of melancholic and dark are preferred but any suggestions are appreciated.

I think you'd be interesting in checking this musician out. He plays on acoustic (not classical) guitar, but his albums have excellent classical feel a bit reminiscent of Mike Oldfield's.

Definitely many (early) recordings by Steve Hackett (1978-1985: as he willfully admits inspiration from the classical genre). Also, give Dave Bainbridge "Veil of Gossamer" a try - a lot of good classical inspiration on that unfortunately little-known album (came out in 2003...)

Roundabout is an obvious example, as is many Gentle Giant and Elp songs.
Henry Cow (Fred Frith on guitar) does it all the time, there are some of those moments on Industry especially!

Gordon Giltrap's prog trilogy (Visionary, Perilous Journey, Fear of the Dark) has plenty of acoustic guitar, but Gordon's background is in folk music rather than classical. Nevertheless, he developed his own technique and is a master of acoustic guitar. Also, the remastered Visionary CD includes a guitar concerto in three movements that he recorded at the time but never released.

I see Focus has got a mention but not Jan Akkerman's solo albums. The focus is more on classical guitar than what he did in Focus (hoho). Try out Tabernakel and Eli
