Marillion Remasters

Well the two disc version of Script has versions of Market Square Heroes and Grendel (the latter of which is hard to find in CD format). All the Fish era albums feature songs that were on the singles and not released on the main albums as well (Cinderella Search for Fugazi and Tux On for Clutching at Straws, for example). They aren't necessary, but if you like rare tracks and some pretty cool early versions then you'll enjoy the 2 disc remaster.

I have the 2 disc version for Script and Fugazi. Script... was well worth it for the 2 CD version as the second disc contains all the songs from the Market Square Heroes EP (Grendal, MSH, Three Boats Down From the Candy and Charting The Single) and a couple of early demos for He Knows You Know and Chelsea Monday. The second disc for Fugazi is pretty pointless IMO though.

I'm perfectly satisfied with my one-disk versions of Script, Misplaced Childhood, and Clutching at Straws. Fugazi has rather weak bonus tracks.

Surely acknowledged as one of Marillion's greatest and a mystery as to how it didnt make it onto an album proper!!!

I've never given Cinderella Search a good listen. I usually stick to the first disk.

The only 2-disc version I have is for Script. The actual remastering is very good, but the bonus disc is none essential really.

If I do remember correctly it was on the Garden Party single.

I knew it definitely wasn't on MSH, as I have a vinyl copy of it about a foot away from me on my desk.

personally I suggest buy B'sides Themselves and the original versions save you money and get everything thats on the special ones

I juat now got the Fugazi remaster off of iTunes, my first Marillion album, so I have nothing to compare audio quality to. I should be getting the other Fish-era albums for X-mas
