Bagpipes, Uillean pipes, Doodlesack... call them what you like they're bloody awful. Whoever thought it a good idea to put 25 of them together in one band should be locked in an anechoic chamber for the rest of their natural lives with Mull of 'Kintire played on a continuous loop.
What?

You're allowed to not like an instrument, but this is like hating the saxophone because of how Kenny G make it sound (which is understandable but very wrong)

I don't really hate any instrument, although bagpipes can sound pretty bad.

OK, guess I'm wrong then.  I can live with that.

Yes i know, every instrument can be bad, depends on the player, but most of what i've heard of bagpipes sounds pretty bad.

Being from Briton origin, I'm a bit disturbed by the lack of love for Bagpipes, Uilean pipes and all their relatives. I DO enjoy the sound of binious, for an example.
But I guess that will be an eternal fight between Anglo-Saxons and Celts...

What I hate is the sound of neon lights.

I like bagpipes only if they are in "It's a Long Way to the Top" by AC/DC.

I don't really hate any instrument; there might be some I dislike, though. It's just a matter how you play it and in what musical context.

Looks like I have one more homework to do: check out Uillean pipes and see what they sound like.

Do you remember "Per Un Amico" (the track)?

To answer the OP question: the one I dislike the most (not hate, dislike) is the trumpet. Sorry, ... I just have to keep exploring.

Well I will stand with you in enjoying bagpipes and all other pipes quite a lot. Then again, I am a fan of obnoxious noise in general.

Just occurred to me that the OP asks for what you "can't stand", while my answers were more directed at the thread title, "least favoriet" (sic).  Big difference in my book.  The worst music in the world is a lot better than a sharp blow to the head (which I can't stand).

accordion ? you don't like the "piano of the poor" -> check out Régis Gizavo, Marc Berthoumieux or Richard Galliano.

This is pure beauty, and by a Malagasy artist :

A couple of years ago I saw, and almost bought a CD of all of Take That's hits played on the Pan Pipes. Can you imagine that? It still makes me shiver to think of the suffering that could be inflicted with such a recording.
