I had some chicken breast grilled with sea salt, garlic, capsicum and pepper for dinner. Super simple but delicious.
Also, starting a 1 month bulk tomorrow.
Very nice. I don't have the resources to start bulking, but I generally go for a lean look anyway. I've been working on defining my abs more, with much success.

I don't know if anyone is interested in good hip-hop, but this free mixtape is awesome. It's a beat-for-beat reinterpretation of Nas' Ilmatic album with a live jazz band. It's dope, for lack of a better word.

My bf% is still a bit too high to have dem visible abs yet, although I'm working on it.
Since I've started running more seriously, pretty much all of my lift gains have stalled so I'm probably gonna bulk for a month and see if I can break the plateau. If so, I might keep it up for a month or two more. After that I'll cut again then see how I'm going.

I listen to a very narrow selection of hip hop (mostly Public Enemy/Nate Dogg/Wu Tang Clan stuff) although this sounds really good, cheers for the link.
