Yes, it's a Black Knight plushie, and yes, the limbs are detachable.  I got it as a gift almost 4 years ago after I broke my arm.

I'm pretty sure The Beatles only exist in an acid flashback I'm having that started about 12 years before I was born and was retro-triggered some time after I dropped a hit in the late 80s.
