Had the pleasure of attending 'An Evening with Peter Alliss' at G-Live in Guildford a few years ago. Brilliant evening, a warm, funny and fascinating man, sadly missed.

I just heard the sad news Today (from Chopper) that Mark Hollis of Talk Talk died last year at the age of 64.

The legendary Hungarian band Omega lost two members within three days! First the keyboardist László Benkő (1943-2020) and now the bassist Tamás Mihály (1947-2020)!! Truly devastating... They are one of my favourite bands...

In addition to the albums Steve mentioned, he was also on the various Sandy Denny and Strawbs recordings as well as "Preserves Uncanned" and "Recollection" (Live) from the early years, and "Don't Say Goodbye" from 1987, on which he sang "Evergreen" beautifully. I think he was also on "Ringing Down the Years" as well but, if he was, he didn't have a lead vocal spot. And he was still there for the "Access All Areas/Greatest Hits Live" DVD/CD.
