This is one good pop rock album as Genesis, We Can't Dance, Talk, Breakfast in America, etc are.

Comparing Yes' Big Generator and Genesis' We Can't Dance to Supertramp's Breakfast in America is a weird idea. I think Supertramp's album is far better

Yeah I know, Breakfast in America is more of a sophisticated(smart) pop album, and the other 2 more love-oriented. But I was making a pattern of pop rock albums that I like.

from a pop standpoint, i think 90125 was far superior to big generator or anything else yes west did, although I found talk to be a pretty awesome album too.  didn't care much for b.g.

I would take B.G over 90125, except maybe for the fantastic Leave It.

And I agree, Talk is superb, listening to it right now.

Endless Dream is a vastly overlooked epic imo.  One of the best Yes songs to come out since the Drama album and certainly up there with Mind Drive as a classic epic.

I agree. Actually, 90125 is an excellent pop/rock album. Big Generator is just a lame copy of that IMO.

I used to think the same, but when I listened to it with real will, it really clicked and even more so than 90125.

Rythm of Love, Shoot High Aim Low, Big Generator, these three on par with the best of 90125.
