Polish folk band Raz, Dwa, Trzy (One, Two, Three). The album is entitled 'Cztery' (Four !)

Excellent ! One can hear accordion, vibraphone, clarinet. Some cuts sound like gypsy jazz melted with klezmer. One has a reggae eurhythmics. Other sound like traditional music played during weddings in the polish countryside. Rather diverse album.
Best comparison would be Emir Kusturica.

"Magma was the very first gothic rock band" (Didier Lockwood)

Glad to be an inspiration. LOL  That is one of the handful of Elton John albums that I do not have.

Ah well some more greatest hits:

Phil doesn't get a lot of attention around here.  This album is really really good:

Maybe he just needs a good slogan like "Manzanera, the other Phil" Tongue

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

I never got that during the LP era and just recently got the special edition with half speed and backwards versions.  Really cool how the music still works at half speed and backwards. LOL

By the way there's also a limited edition Fripp & Eno called Beyond Even (1992-2006) that I've been meaning to post on this site.  If you're an F & E fan, you might want to get a copy.

Someone gave me a "sorry" the last time I mentioned I was listening to this in this thread. LOL
I'm with you on this one.  It's not an atrocious album by any means.
For me Stingy is up in rotation.

I've called him Stingy ever since I saw Miles Copeland on Bring On The Night explaining why the other band members shouldn't get paid better.
