Of course there's no prog metal... and no prog folk, prog electronic, or prog rock at all... It's all just rock. Actually, it's all just music. If we separate Mozart form Cannibal Corpse by a verbal classification, we commit an injustice. There must be no such segregation. In fact, we must unite all Sound. If Ultrasound, Genesis, Car Alarms, Rancid, Farts, 50 Cent, Ulking and Slayer will be included in the same genre, all these grudges will no longer make sense

See? Stoney'd get pissed (not too much its a rather immature post) but it wouldn't affect me at all.
