Although I don't like the band, Ween's The Mollusk is a proggy album with somewhat of a nauthical theme; there's even sea shanties on it.

Primus - Sailing the seas of cheeseTongue

Not on this site, but if you like the salty canine, you should definitely check out Steve Miller Bandīs SailorHeart
I couldnīt find the original version of Song for our Ancestors, but this live rendition should give you a hint of what to expect:

“The Guide says there is an art to flying or rather a knack. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss.”

If only for the title of the album, 'sea shanties' by High Tide seems to be a good recommendation

Jimmy Buffet is all about the sea...and margaritas...and getting drunk and screwed.

From Keith Emerson's Honky album he has the 3 song Hello Sailor piece.

Rush has the instrumental "Where's My Thing? Pt 4 Gangster of Boat Trilogy".

King Crimson's "Islands" has a bit of a sailor/ explorer vibe to it. It's a really great album.
