I just checked- it'd have to be a MAT or M.Ed to qualify for reimbursement, neither of which are offered online from ECU.

It's going all right.

I'm trying to get my students to read Babbitt by Sinclair Lewis.  We have to cover a novel, so I deliberately chose one that was public domain.

It's free on the Internet.  It's at the library.  You can buy it if you want.  I even found an audio version for free you can stream online or download and put it on your freaking iPod.  And I have less then 10 people actually doing the assignment.  Stern Smile

The only book my English teacher ever got most of the class to read was Night by Elie Wiesel.

I thought Night was a little bit too short, but it was still good. Not as good as the Diary of Anne Frank in my opinion.
