"Illegal Alien" by Genesis I thought was pretty bad. Rush's "Time Stand Still" was definitely not well made, but at least it's kind of funny (sort of) as opposed to the other one.

That was hilarious!!
By no means is that a "bad" video. I'd expect nothing less than that sort of humor from Tull, too. I've never seen that video, btw...thanks for posting it!

No, they ain't. It seems that entertainment has always been Tull's forte, ... let alone adult entertainment. I quite liked the song. As per video, it's not as poorly conceived as that for "Heartbeat", ... though I do wish Ian had lost the tasteless aspect of his humor.

¨Well, I don't think this is a bad video: it looks like an unreleased episode of Black Adder III. The music? Jethro Tull in his hard rock era. Not that bad, come on, it's even better than ZZ Top!

Kansas from their Live Full of Whiskey CD. The video was released as a DVD companion disc with the 'Works in Progress' CD for some inexplicable reason. Walsh is toasted to the gills and rest of the band even seems a bit embarrassed by him:

Have to say being an ardent Genesis person from their early beginnings until after Duke (of which only parts I like) That any song such as 'Misunderstanding', 'We can't dance', 'Illegal Aliens' etc etc are truly not Progressive tracks at all. But more like Phil Collins ballads and mixed up pop music.
do they have to be????? think about it
