For me (according to many critics [and I am not mad]) Prog Metal is a NEO NEO PROG!!!!!!!!!! And this is (Metal or Prog Rock Sub Genre) a StarStarStarStarStar Sub Genre or Genre of music!!!

Hello Everyone, I love mostly All Progrssive music from 1966 to 2006.
 
I have 3666 Progressive Rock Albums and Cd's. I have seen most all of them in concert.

Not to play the definition game, but what do you mean by "exist"? All genres of music exist in the minds of those that label them. Conversely, no genres of music exist in the concrete sense. The questions seems irrelevant to me.

    Of course it exists. I don't care for it, but that doesn't make any difference. Although, I do believe that it belongs more to metal than prog.
