Gojira (EP dedicated to The Sea Shepard)
Opeth (enter studio 31st jan)
Tool (hopefully)
Steven Wilson and Mikael - Storm Corrosion
Russian circles (possibly)
I'd love some Cynic but I think some Aeon Spoke would be more likely. Not prog but still awesome
Earth - Angels of Darkness, Demons of Light 1

Experimental indie-rock ensemble Battles have finished work on the follow-up to the band’s 2007 debut, Mirrored. Although prospects for finishing the album dimmed after the departure of multi-instrumentalist/vocalist Tyondai Braxton last year, Battles forged onward, with guest artists like Boredom’s Eye lending vocals. The as-yet-untitled album is set for release this summer. [Pitchfork.com]

FWIW, Devy is putting out a live EP for free from the BTBAM tour anyday (it was supposed to hit today but some corporate malarky is slowing things up.)
You are quite a fine person, and I am very fond of you. But you are only quite a little fellow, in a wide world, after all.

Cheer-Accident, Birds and Buildings, and probably Gutbucket.  Other things from Altr0ck will keep me satisfied, I have no doubt.

PLANETA IMAGINARIO's album "Optical Delusions" is simply a must for all jazz-prog lovers who still can't get enough of Canterbury, Weather Report and big-band Zappa - IT'S JUST AMAZING!!!

Thumbs Up

Also, there is the new Moonsorrow!

I've heard the new Beardfish - quite good, but needs further listens - as well as the new Long Distance Calling - solid release!.

There are many others I look forward to, most have been mentioned.

If Big Big Train can pull out all the stops for the their new album English Electric (which is due out late 2011), that promises to be an astounding release.

Anyone got news on the new albums from White Willow and Paatos?
