I would like to be recomended music with sailor themes, and sea traveling, sea exploring and or pirate themed prog, doesent have to be very complex but evoke a feel similar to A Salty Dog - Procol Harum,

I consider it extreme prog metal, but The Call of the Wretched Sea by Ahab is inspired by Moby Dick, much like Mastodon's Leviathan.

King Crimson's "Islands" has a bit of a sailor/ explorer vibe to it. It's a really great album.

Jimmy Buffet is all about the sea...and margaritas...and getting drunk and screwed.
From Keith Emerson's Honky album he has the 3 song Hello Sailor piece.
Rush has the instrumental "Where's My Thing? Pt 4 Gangster of Boat Trilogy".

If only for the title of the album, 'sea shanties' by High Tide seems to be a good recommendation
