I suppose now is the time for asking: which are the 2012 releases you are expecting? Smile

I'm still having a little indigestion from the glut of 2011s that came out at the end of the year.  I think Knifeworld has a 2012 release in the works.Other than that, I can't think of anything out on the horizon.  I'm not a Rush fan in particular...
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

Same here. I wonder if 2012 will be very poor in new releases.
Confused

Rush, of course.  Also, the rumors swirl about the possibility of something new from the Flower Kings.  Marillion are talking a new release for 2012.  And non-prog, I am looking forward to the release of a new Van Halen album, and the new Black Sabbath with the reunited original lineup.

Hi,

None. Really!

I like to be surprised and I prefer that each album wake you and I up from the long slumber of listening to ... nothing new!

So, all in all ... expecting someone to do this or that? ... nahhhhh!
Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

Marillion (I hope), The Reasoning, and Rush. Aside from them, all I hope is that 2012 is as wondrous as 2011, which has been excellent (and I still haven't got Arena or Touchstone yet - on my to do list this week).
