i bought on ebay what i thought was an enigma cd, what i received  was  ' the enigma of the parable'  by the group  " presto vivace "
this was my error, but
i think this is the worst cd ever made, it sounds like a garage band made-up of 12 - 14 year old kids high on crank screaming there heads off.

So you joined today and the first thing you do is create a topic slamming a relatively obscure prog metal band?

Welcome to PA!

I think Enigma of the Parable is a pretty good cd,as is their 2000 album Unitopias Color Esmeralda.

Your critique of the band is pretty way off,and it makes me wonder if you even really listened to the cd.There is no screaming in their music, the vocals are pretty melodic. The album has good production values and the music is tight, complex and professional.Plus their bass player is absolutely amazing.

Sorry, but this is a really poor way to introduce yourself to the forum. You don't like Presto Vivace. So what? What do you want me to do about it? How will this help other people? Instead of asking a question such as "what am I missing in this album" or "does anyone else like this", you just flatly say you don't like it (filled with grammatical errors as well, I might add). Sorry, but if you want to make it big here, starting a Presto Vivace bashing thread aint gonna cut it.

Alright maybe that was a little harsh, but this was a rather poor first post.

I change my mind, they are awesome, or at least really good.

Well,it's all a matter of taste.I happen to think they are pretty good, and they remind me of another PM band who are absolutely amazing called Matraz.
