Pft.
1. Larks' Tongues In Aspic 2. H To He, Who Am The Only One 3. Selling England By The Pound 4. Still Life 5. Pawn Hearts 6. Close To The Edge 7. Rubycon 8. Brain Salad Surgery 9. Emerson, Lake & Palmer 10. Darwin! - Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso.
Sort of guessing as to exactly which ones are in here, and not a definitive list, but that's it.

Sorry,
From the top one hundred, I pretty much show my true colors:
1) A Trick of the Tail - Genesis 2) Selling England by the Pound - Genesis 3) The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway - Genesis 4) Awake - Dream Theater 5) Wind and Wuthering - (yep, them again) 6) Operation: Mindcrime - Queensryche 7) Be - Pain of Salvation 8) Doomsday Afternoon - Phideaux 9) Fear of a Blank Planet - Porcupine Tree 10) Foxtrot - Genesis
It's not that I enjoy Genesis to the exclusion of all else, it's just that my other favorites aren't everyone else's favorites. I don't really like Yes, King Crimson or Jethro Tull. Pink Floyd and ELP did get some consideration but nothing better than my choices (in my mind). If there was more Neo-Prog or modern symphonic on the top 100 then there would have been a greater variety on my list but that's what I have out of the available choices.

I don't know if these are in the top 100 (I'm too lazy to look) but every progger should be very happy with these ten essential albums.
Yes -- Close to the Edge
Genesis -- Foxtrot
Camel -- Mirage
Steve Hackett -- Spectral Mornings
Captain Beyond -- Captain Beyond
UK -- UK
Bruford -- One of a Kind
Caravan -- In the Land of Grey and Pink
PFM -- Per Un Amico
The Flower Kings -- Space Revolver

You should have done the top 100. Then everybody could rearrange the list however they wanted. Wouldn't that be fun? ... yeah nevermind.
1. Close to the Edge 2. Aqualung 3. Wish You Were Here 4. The Yes Album 5. Crime of the Century 6. Selling England by the Pound 7. Fragile 8. Thick as a Brick 9. Dark Side of the Moon 10. In the Court of the Crimson King
Order sort of matters, but they're all so close. That's really just at the moment too.

I'm feeling lazy so I'll just shuffle yours, replacing Supertramp with Meddle or You!
Good selection
