Bruford & Moraz did some very nice work together, the show I saw in Chicago years ago was sublime.

You saw Bruford/Moraz? Lucky man, you. The live on In Tokyo is hot, but I wish there was a DVD release of it.
 
Re: the topic...Greg Walker is selling Govea's CD Danza Urbana. They're a trio based in Mexico City. More prog than jazz, but there's a good deal of piano on it. About half piano/organ and synth/Tron, give or take.

That kind of stuff must have started with Soft Machine and Brian Auger, people like that. But it still sounds like Jazz to me, not Rock.

check out some of Herbie Hancock's early stuff, not Prog but absolutely essential to anyone with a passing interest in Jazz.
