I recently heard it on the radio so technically I know it. Wink

the first song is lovely and ALMOST 15 mins.  Great and overlooked one off symphonic folk album from Brazil, 2001

Steeleye Span's perhaps only epic, and a dandy, from a live album - I don't think there is even a studio version in existence...and exactly 15:00 in length  Wink

If you're ok with some jazz fusion:

Apocalypse by Mahavishnu has some female vocals on it. Smile of the Beyond is a nice track.

Also Allan Holdsworth's track Secrets off of his 1989 album of the same name is beautiful, another great vocalist.

Meredith Monk - Dolmen Music - didn't find a full length version on youtube, but there's also this:

Iva Bittova does similarly experimental stuff. The longest I find is only 14 minutes, but many of her albums have a concept and some album sides might qualify. Unfortunately I don't understand Czech, which makes me unable to figure out which.
