I voted for Firth of Fifth. I like the instrumental sections in this song.
Overall, this album does nothing for me. (Please don't slaughter me) |

Thought I'd be different and vote 'Dancing with the Moonlit Knight' Love Gabriels intro, love the changes the song goes through. A brilliant opener. It's a great album. The only weak track IMO, is More fool Me. |

I voted for Cinema Show narrowly in front of FoF. It'll be interesting to see if anyone (seriously) votes for More Fool Me.

Dancing with the moonlit knight... ...closely followed by Firth of fifth... ...and After the Ordeal (must be one of Genesis' most underrated tunes!) |

TCS is the best for me. Not that the others are in any way "worse", but it is a bit special imho. It's kind of a "mellow" epic, pretty original, and possibly one the best things that Tony Banks ever did on the keys with Genesis (in the instrumental section of course).

As much as I love Dancing With The Moonlit Knight, Firth Of Fifth and The Battle Of Epping Forest, I'll go with THE CINEMA SHOW.
Bank's keyboard solo is one of those defining moments in prog. So.... sublime. |

A record could hardly end better than this. I voted for The Cinema Show. This is the track that made me take notice of Phil Collins' extraordinary talent on drums. Me being a sucker for great performances on percussion...
