These two reviews by the same member in fact are the same. Albums reviewed are realted- CD and DVD of the same (or very similar) content. But (I think originally CD is reviewed) CD's review could not be used for related DVD as well. On DVD review there is no word about picture,etc, so possibly just a misunderstanding.

As # 5 of the Guidelines clearly states, reviews are not the place to discuss genre classification and such - and most of this review seems instead to revolve around criticizing the band's placement in Eclectic Prog:

In case others notice: The review on the frontpage concerning Cazuela de Condor points out a few issues that now has been dealt with. Track listing for their 2009 album is now correct, and the live album actually reviewed has been added to the discography of the band.

I really find it hard to accept this as a legitmate review.
http://www.progarchives.com/Review.asp?id=286170 1. It says very little about the album itself, just simply opposing the views of those who rated the album higher. 2. He has a disturbingly similar view to that of his 'father', who also rated the album lowly. 3. It is very short, not sure of the word count - but contains almost no actual substance. Essentially, poor, lazy and reeks of chart manipulation. |
