A rich blend of folk, pop, country and new age.
Similar to Robbie Robertson's eponymous album and U2' Joshuah Tree but in a more pastoral mood (and to make the comparison even more credible, Larry Mullen Jr and Adam Clayton are featured on this marvelous album).

Oh wait there is also some trumpet on track 6, so throw some cool-era Miles in the cauldron as well.
Also a threatening amosphere on track 8.

And some lyrics in french : "On travaille, on travaille sous la pluie", "bébé danse avec moi ou fais dodo"
Great album Lucas, also recommend his ' Belladona" album if you do not have thatClap

Thanks for the recommendation, I will surely put an ear to it soon.
I also read very good reviews for 'shine' and 'here is what it is'

Just finished listening to a compilation gathering recordings from the Forlane Editions of classical romantic favourites (Beethoven, Chopin, Schubert, Liszt...) with such prestigious interpreters like El Bacha or Clidat . The artwork is not available on the net.

Now I am re-discovering a nice album with very strong floydian influences :

^
If you like Pink Floyd as well as Gilmour and Wright's first albums, this is really recommended !

My favourite album of theirs (the best symphonic prog meets AOR band from Brazil IMHO). As an introduction to this album, they play a farandole (french traditional dance) !!!
Marcus Viana has to be one of the most gifted violinist in rock music (he also composed scores for TV series and movies, among which 'Pantanal' and 'Maktub' which are must-haves).
