Hey, crimson man you should expand your signature, it is way too small :-)

Currently listening to Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings. Excellent old-school funk !

Killing joke - very first album. A great debut ! The third KJ album I am listening to today, after the brilliant 'Fire dances' and the brutal 'Killing joke'.

A stellar line-up. How does it sound like ? Straightforward jazz or jazz-rock ?

Being in a mood for cold wave, me too with the brilliant "Fire dances" by Killing Joke. Both have a strong "tribal" side. I consider 'Pornography' to be the best Cure album, the last track (recorded in a basement) could be a perfect soundtrack to a horror movie...

Yep... Now, continuing in a cold wave mood:

A french progressive death metal that is not yet in PA Shocked

That should appeal to fans of Atheist, Death, Meshuggah and other bands performing light and melodic music LOL

^ Hmmmm...never equated Death Metal with light and melodic music.  Confused

Anywho.  I'm not really listening to light and melodic music myself now...M.D.K.  Although my initial interactions with Magma were quite off-putting for me, except for the album Udu Wudu, I'm actually beginning to appreciate this album as well as a couple of others.
