I've been deciding on which for a while now. Any thoughts?

Quote Your musical compatibility rating with Stonebeard is:

Low

You share some artists in common, including Porcupine Tree, Frank Zappa, King Crimson, Brian Eno, and Genesis.

Well, at least the first four artists we share are pure win.

People need to appreciate electronic music more on PA. Tangerine Dream, Schulzey-poo, JMJ, Froese 'n' all hardly ever get talked about.

We're on electronic music now, I believe. Might as well have some sense of direction. Wink

X is good for about two songs, then it dies.

Irrlicht and Timewind are much better when it comes to Schulze.

Oh right, I do also like Eno. From the 1 album I've heard (Another Green World) And Kraftwerk is not bad.
But The Decemberists kick the ass of the entire progressive electronic genre. Tongue Electronica got so much better in the past 10 years or so. So yes, I will go listen to them (or at least I would if people weren't about to come over now)

Who would have reason to worry when they have five such masterful bands for solace? ;P

X is a strange case. Every single song is amazing, but it takes a really diehard fan to listen to 2 hours of Schulze music (let alone Rico who did a f**king marathon).

It's also weird to try to analyze Schulze's music, because even though I love it, I can't say it's all that varied.
