But Univers Zero would be my real choice. It is my favourite album ever.

I suppose there are two ways of presenting a poll - either put up the albums you personally like most or put up those which are well known. This poll clearly goes for the first option which is fair enough.
If the list was of famous prog albums then the following would have to be included.
Yes - Going For the One
ELP - Works Volume 1
Alan Parsons - I Robot
Rush - A farewell to Kings
However, Wind and Wuthering belongs in 1976 - i bought it between Christmas and New Year that year. I have to say that i was rather disappointed in it and still don't get a great deal out of it.

I just went for what people liked overall. Here Genesis, Rush and Pink Floyd are battling it out

That was a great year but I'll go for my favourite Rush album, A Farewell To Kings. Going Fot The One (Yes) would have been second which didn't make the list and then Genesis W & W.

Going For The One by Yes, no doubt. The sound, the compositions, the crystalline production....

I didn't hear it for the first time in '77 and there are other some good ones I know in the list but Wind And Wuthering made a great impression on me.
