I do like Geddy Lee.....but I have to pick Greg Lake. Both of these happen to be two of my favorite bassists/ singers in the world , but I think that I like Greg's style better.

Bassist and singer I'd have to choose Chris Squire. Though I'd probably lean towards Richard Sinclair if he was on the list, I've grown to love his vocals.
