In considering the bands listed I would sort them in the order that they are listed making it Rush that gets my vote.

Voting for Porcupine Tree though I recommend Ephrat. If you're into Heavy Prog, these guys are one of the up and coming bands to keep an eye on.

I'm not very informed about Heavy Prog, but I am familiar with all of these bands.
My favorite is probably Rush, but I like all of these.
Some of my other favorites are Anekdoten and Enchant.

As far as prog influence and sheer awesomeness, Rush. But personally, PT is more my cup of chai. Tough poll is tough.
