They didn't reimburse you?
They couldn't find any trace of it anywhere in the world.

It arrived five months later

I was supposed to get a "promo" CD for this Italian avant band we were evaluating when I was on the team - so weeks go by and it never shows, I figure the band just decided F it and decided not to send.

I received the CD about 6 months later.

My vinyl just came in the mail.

I'm a little ticked because the edges got a little crinkled in shipping, but besides that it's really stunning. Not as great looking as the motW Part The Second, but I'll still take it.

That's nothing. My PtS vinyl (numbered as ANTI-001, I think it's the first copy) came warped pretty bad. No issues with playing though, sounded nice through gramps' 80's Technics turntable.

I left it at his house under other 50 albums and I'll come back in a month or so. Maybe it'll unwarp, dunno.

That sucks.

What kind of a scam is Toby running here with these faulty vinyls?

Well, it's partially my fault. I got the cheapest shipping there was (thanks, mom), and you can't really trust the mail guys in this country.

I tend to like Coyote better in concept than practice, but it is very, very slowly, growing on me.

That happened to me too with the USPS. I ordered from a guy via amazon. When the cd hadn't come I contacted him. He said the post office had no record of the package existing so he gave me a refund.

I got the cd about a year later. You couldn't even see the packaging because it had so many USPS mailing labels on it. The thing had been to about 25 states in that time. I have no idea how that happens.

I feel like such a creep for doing it, but I couldn't resist. Strange how music can make you so voyeuristic.

I didn't think of that, but now I feel compelled to do it. LOL If you get Mia's address though, make sure to remember me. Tongue

Anyone here going to the Tartar Lamb II launch party? I know Joel donated that much, but he (obviously) can't attend.

I wish I could go The 25$ more for 3 or 4 extra CD's was a good deal though, with or without the partay.

I mean that I like the idea, the concept and story of Coyote, more than actually listening to it.

I wrote my review today, if anyone read it. It probably went from 2 to 3 stars in the past 2 listenings from today and yesterday.

LOL, the US postal services are actually worst than the BR postal services (LOL). There ARE advantages in living in an emerging coutry after all. Cool
