 Days of Future Passed was arguably the first bona fide Symphonic Prog album, so I'm happy to bend the "rules" slightly to include it in the Top 40 listings, along with In Search of the Lost Chord. Smile

To me that didn't fully happen until In the Court of the Crimson King. Even sillier to exclude that defining album. Days of Future Passed mostly got (corny) orchestral "light music" interludes in between some undeniably beautiful "baroque pop" songs. In my opinion you should either follow your own rules or drop them.

Edt: But then again, I don't know why I should care so much. Maybe because I had to remove Ommadawn and In the Court... because of that rule of yours:)

Hey I'm sorry, is it too late to change my list? I realized Fragile counts as a symphonic Prog album so I would like to replace my CTTE vote with that and move fragile up to second place between DOFP and Selling England by the Pound, sorry if this is a problem.

No problem. I've now deducted 15 points from Close to the Edge (which is so far ahead now that it's not even close) and added 15 points on to Fragile, which now has a total of 55 points. Thumbs Up
